摘要
传统甜柿品种“富有”以其果实硕大、爽脆香甜、自然脱涩而深受部分消费者喜爱。但当前国人普遍对富有甜柿的认知度不够,导致其开发滞后,深加工产品单一粗放。本文对富有甜柿食材资源进行分析与评价,重点分析了甜柿的显著特性、开发现状以及市场SWOT态势分析,并提出富有甜柿的发展对策及其产品应用方面的价值开发方向,以供参考。
The traditional sweet persimmon variety“Fuyou”is deeply loved by some consumers for its large,crisp,sweet,and naturally astringent fruit.Due to the lack of recognition of rich sweet persimmon,resulting in its development lag,deep processing products single extensive.This article analyzes and evaluates the food resources of Fuyou sweet persimmon,focusing on the significant characteristics,development status,and market SWOT situation analysis of sweet persimmon,and proposes development strategies for Fuyou sweet persimmon and its value development direction in product application for reference.
