摘要
本文利用国标法测定多组样品大豆磷脂的丙酮不溶物含量,以测定样品已知结果为基准,再利用近红外光谱仪采集每组样品的光谱,建立大豆磷脂丙酮不溶物的预测模型。结果表明,随机抽取90个样品的国标法与扫描法最大相对偏差为4.95%,所有验证样品相对偏差均符合国家标准相对偏差≤5%的要求,表示预测模型可以投入生产应用。
In this paper,the national standard method was used to determine the content of acetone insoluble substance in soybean phospholipids in several groups of samples.Based on the known results of the determination of samples,the spectrum of each group of samples was collected by using near-infrared spectrometer to establish the prediction model of soybean phospholipid acetone insoluble substance.The results show that the maximum relative deviation between the national standard method and the scanning method is 4.95%,and the relative deviation of all the verified samples meets the requirement that the relative deviation of the national standard is less than 5%,indicating that the prediction model can be put into production application.
