摘要
果蔬安全直接关乎人们的身体健康,本研究以气相色谱法为例,针对常规的《蔬菜和水果中有机磷、有机氯、拟除虫菊酯和氨基甲酸酯类农药多残留的测定》(NY/T 761—2008)抽样检测方法对果蔬有机磷农残检测的基质效应带来的影响和波动较大,对NY/T 761—2008抽样检测方法从基质效应的视角进行了优化,使检验检测的结果更加精准高效。
The safety of fruits and vegetables is directly related to people’s physical health.In this study,taking gas chromatography as an example,the conventional NY/T 761—2008 sampling method has a great impact and fluctuation on the matrix effect of the detection of organophosphorus pesticide residues in fruits and vegetables.The NY/T 761—2008 sampling method has been optimized from the perspective of matrix effect to make the inspection and detection results more accurate and efficient.
