大型输供水工程输供水管道重大危险源定量判定方法分析 被引量:1

摘要 大型输供水工程运行由于输供水线路长、供水压力大、供水流量大、工况复杂、风险干扰因素众多,一旦发生爆管将会造成严重事故灾难,但目前国内尚无对大型输供水管道重大危险源的详细判定标准和判定方法。文中通过使用数字孪生技术,对大型输供水工程输供水管道爆管后的危害程度进行智能模拟,并对重大危险源判定提出详细的定量判定方法和标准,以便提出合理的防范措施,可为类似工程的重大危险源判定和管控提供参考经验。 Due to the long water supply lines,large water supply pressure,large water supply flow,complex working conditions and numerous risk and interference factors,pipe explosion will cause serious accidents and disasters in the operation of large-scale water supply projects.However,at present,there is no detailed judgment standard and judgment method for major hazard sources of large-scale water supply pipelines in China.In this paper,by using digital twin technology,intelligent simulation of the damage degree after the explosion of the water supply pipeline in large-scale water supply engineering is carried out,and detailed quantitative judgment methods and standards are proposed for the judgment of major hazard sources,so as to propose reasonable preventive measures,which can provide reference experience for the judgment and control of major hazard sources in similar projects.
