新发展阶段乡村建设的路径探析

Analysis on the Path of Rural Construction in New Development Stage

我国进入新发展阶段,乡村如何高质量发展关乎第二个百年奋斗目标能否如期实现。新发展阶段实施乡村建设,在实现共同富裕、应对危机、农业农村高质量发展三个方面存在必要性。根据当前乡村建设规划编制不顺、实施困难、农民主体缺位、乡村文化保护与传承不够的问题,提出新发展阶段乡村建设应科学规划、多措并举、坚持农民本位、丰富乡土文化四方面的实现路径。

Since entering the new developing era,the most important thing is about whether the second century goal of developing rural areas with high quality can be achieved.It is necessary to implement three aspects during this new developing period which includes common prosperity,coping with crisis,and the high quality development of agriculture and rural areas.According to the problems mentioned about the current rural construction plan which include difficulties in drafting and implementing,the absence of peasant subjects,insufficient protection,and inheritance of rural culture.The paper aims at putting forward four suggestions to promote rural construction in the new development period that involve scientific planning,using multiple measures simultaneously,adhering to the peasantry standard,and enriching local culture in order to achieve rura lrevitalization.
