The caking index of coal is an important measurement in coal quality analysis,and is the key index to determine the bond and coking properties of bituminous coal.In this paper,the main influencing factors in measuring accuracy of the coal caking index are tested and analyzed,several aspects of needing attention in the measurement process are discussed,to improve the accuracy of coal caking index measurement and the level of coal quality analysis.
