臭氧及活性炭吸附工艺对某化工废水深度处理工艺参数试验探讨 被引量:1

摘要 采用某化工厂污水生化段处理后的尾水作为原水,分别试验了臭氧氧化工艺、活性炭吸附工艺、臭氧+活性炭吸附工艺对尾水水质指标的去除效果。结果表明:臭氧氧化工艺去除COD的效果较好,特别是在碱性条件下,处理速率提升迅速,0.5 h内COD的去除率达72.3%。活性炭吸附工艺对该种废水的处理效果会随着时间的延长显著增加。臭氧+活性炭工艺处理效果欠佳,废水经过臭氧工艺段处理后,COD指标下降明显,再经活性炭吸附时,COD指标易出现反弹,稳定性差。 Using the tail water treated in the biochemical section of a chemical plant as raw water,the removal effects of ozone oxidation process,activated carbon adsorption process and ozone+activated carbon adsorption process on the water quality indicators of the tail water were tested respectively.The results show that the ozone oxidation process has a good effect on COD removal,especially under alkaline conditions,the treatment rate increases rapidly,and the COD removal rate reaches 72.3%within 0.5 h.The treatment effect of activated carbon adsorption process on the wastewater increased significantly with the extension of time.The treatment effect of ozone+activated carbon process is not good.After the wastewater is treated in the ozone process section,the COD index decreases significantly,and then the COD index tends to rebound when it is adsorbed by activated carbon,with poor stability.
