摘要
本文概述了索氏萃取、超声波萃取、微波萃取和快速溶剂萃取四种土壤中半挥发性有机物的前处理方法,对有机试剂用量、前处理萃取时间和设备价格进行了对比,并通过分析探究,找到了一种新的土壤中半挥发性有机物的前处理方法,即涡旋振荡+高速离心法。该方法操作简便、快捷高效,并通过《土壤和沉积物半挥发性有机物的测定气相色谱-质谱法》(HJ834-2017)[1]标准进行了验证,满足分析标准要求。该方法可为各类型实验室选择合适的土壤半挥发性有机物前处理方法提供参考依据。
This paper summarizes four pretreatment methods of soil semi-volatile organic compounds,namely soxhlet extraction,ultrasonic extraction,microwave extraction and rapid solvent extraction,compares the amount of organic reagents,pretreatment extraction time and equipment price,and finds a new pretreatment method of soil semi-volatile organic compounds,namely vortex oscillation+high-speed centrifugation.This method is simple,fast and efficient.It has been verified by the standard of sediment-determination of semi-volatile organic compounds-gas chromatography/mass spectrometry[1],and meets the requirements of the analytical standard.It can provide a reference basis for various types of laboratories to select appropriate pretreatment methods of soil semi-volatile organic compounds.
