试论环保新形势下环境影响评价工作存在的挑战及建议

On the Challenges and Suggestions of Environmental Impact Assessment under the Current Environmental Protection Situation

现阶段,我国对于环境保护工作的重视程度越来越高,并陆续出台了相应的规章制度,以此来为环保工作保驾护航。本文重点分析了环境影响评价工作在新环保形势下的应用情况,并就其中存在的各科问题进行了研究,并提出相应的改善措施,希望可以推动环保影响评价工作的落实。

At this stage,China attaches more and more importance to environmental protection,and has successively issued corresponding rules and regulations to escort environmental protection.This paper focuses on the application of environmental impact assessment in the environmental protection situation,and studies the existing problems and corresponding improvement measures,hoping to promote the implementation of environmental protection work.
