由于不断攀升的水资源开发对环境造成压力,使水环境与经济发展之间存在复杂的动态耦合机理。水资源是经济社会的基础性、先导性、控制性要素,本文分析了经济发展与水环境的相互促进、相互制约关系,分析其耦合度与协调度,提出了优化经济发展与保护水环境的措施。

The increasing development of water resources has put pressure on the environment,and there is a complex dynamic coupling mechanism between water environment and economic development.Water resources are the basic,leading and controlling elements of economic and social.This paper analyzes the mutual promotion and restriction between economic development and water environment,analyzes the degree of coupling and coordination,and puts forward measures to optimize economic development and protect water environment.
