提升水质检测结果的可靠性及稳定性研究

Research on Improving the Reliability and Stability of Water Quality Detection Results

污水指的是人们在生活、生产用水之后所排放的废水,随着人们生活水平的提高,用水量随之增加,污水的排放量也越来越大。通过城市污水处理设施的建设,城市地区产生的污水通过较成熟的处理技术均能够实现达标排放,但由于存在部分污水排放户不按照相关规定违规排放,致使水质中某一种或多种污染元素超标。本文以上海市某区水务行政执法大队水质检测委托项目为例,就如何提升水质检测结果的可靠性及稳定性进行了探讨,可为后续同类型项目提供借鉴。

Sewage refers to the waste water discharged after people use water for living and production,with the improvement of people’s living standards,the water consumption also increases,and the discharge of sewage is also increasing.Through the construction of urban sewage treatment facilities,the sewage produced by people in urban areas can be discharged up to the standard through relatively mature treatment technology.However,due to the fact that some sewage discharging households do not discharge in accordance with relevant regulations,one or more pollution elements in the water quality exceed the standard.Taking the water quality inspection commission project of a district water administrative law enforcement brigade in Shanghai as an example,this paper discusses how to improve the reliability and stability of water quality inspection results,which can provide reference for the follow-up projects of the same type.
