中小工业园区环境应急管理存在的问题及对策

Problems and Countermeasures of Environmental Emergency Management in Small and Medium-Sized Industrial Parks

本文根据近年来编制企业、工业园区突发环境事件应急预案的相关经验,并结合相关参考文献,总结了我国中小型工业园区环境应急管理中存在的主要问题,并从组织管理、基础设施建设、人员培训和应急演练等方面提出了对策建议。

Based on the experience in preparing emergency plans for environmental emergencies in enterprises and industrial parks in recent years,combined with references,this paper summarizes the main problems in China’s environmental emergency management of small and medium-sized industrial parks,and puts forward countermeasures and suggestions from the aspects of organization and management,infrastructure construction,personnel training and emergency drills.
