浅谈国家紧急医学救援队伍建设——以新冠疫情防控为例

Discussion on building national medical emergency rescue teams:Using COVID-19 prevention and control as an example

当前,我国抗击新冠疫情防控工作取得了决定性胜利,正值各行各业复工复产、全面贯彻落实党的二十大精神的起步之时,总结经验、探讨国家紧急医学援救工作及队伍建设显得尤为重要。本文分析总结了国家医学援助工作及队伍建设的基本概念、单元、问题和模式,探讨队伍建设的发展方向,提出了保持速度和强度优势、提高精准度和提升“温度”三条建议,为进一步提高我国应对重大突发事件治理效能、助力医护救援队伍提质扩容提供参考。

China has overcome the pandemic of COVID-19.All the industries and sectors are beginning to resume their production and put their energies into fully implementation of the objectives set by the Party's 20th National Congress.At thistime,it is especially important to reflect on the pandemic control experience and the national emergency management experience as it relates to medical rescue and the team building.This paper summarized and analyzed the basic concepts,unit,issues,characteristics and patterns of the construction national medical rescue and medical team.Future development of medical team was also discussed.Three suggestions were formulated,including maintaining the advantages of speed and strength,improvingprecision,and raising"temperature".The paper could serve as a reference for further improve the effectiveness of the governance major emergency management and be an acceleration for enhancing quality and capacity of medical rescue teams.
