摘要
本研究通过在芘的4,5,9,10-位引入1-(4-溴苯基)-1,2,2-三苯基乙烯(TPE)基团,成功制备出结构高度扭曲的具有聚集诱导发光(AIE)性质的蓝色有机发光分子Py(4,5,9,10)TTPE。结果表明,Py(4,5,9,10)TTPE在混合的四氢呋喃和水溶液中表现出了典型的AIE特征,并具有高的光致发光量子效率(57.2%)。Py(4,5,9,10)TTPE具有良好的热稳定性和化学稳定性。基于Py(4,5,9,10)TTPE的非掺杂OLED器件显示出蓝光发射(λEL:476 nm)和低开启电压(Von:3.6 V),最大外量子效率(EQE)、电流效率(CE)和亮度(L)分别为1.84%、3.48 cd/A和2849 cd/m2。这项研究将为构建基于芘的高效蓝色有机发光材料提供了一种新的方法。
Here,1-(4-bromophenyl)-1,2,2-triphenyl ethylene(TPE)group was introduced at 4,5,9,10-positions of pyrene ring,and a blue-emitting molecule Py(4,5,9,10)TTPE with a highly distorted structure and aggregation induced luminescence(AIE)properties was successfully prepared.The results indicated that Py(4,5,9,10)TTPE exhibited typical AIE characteristics in THF/water mixture solution,and had a high photoluminescence quantum efficiency(57.2%).Py(4,5,9,10)TTPE had good thermal and chemical stability.Un-doped OLED device based on Py(4,5,9,10)TTPE showed a blue emission(λEL:476 nm)and a low turn-on voltage(Von:3.6 V)with a maximum external quantum efficiency(EQE),a current efficiency(CE)and a luminance of 1.84%,3.48 cd/A and 2849 cd/m2,respectively.This work will provide a new method for constructing valuable blue luminescent materials based on pyrene.
