输血检验中凝聚胺技术与常规盐水检验的应用效果分析

The Application Effect of Polyamine Technology and Routine Saline Test in Blood Transfusion Testing

分析了输血检验中凝聚胺技术与常规盐水检验的应用效果。选择232例需临床输血治疗患者,在其输血前配血中,应用凝聚胺法、常规盐水法,以谱细胞检测为金标准,分析其应用价值。结果显示,凝聚胺法交叉配血检出用时较常规盐水法长(P<0.05);凝聚胺检出红细胞凝集阳性率高于常规盐水法(P<0.05);凝聚胺法对不规则抗体筛查效能与金标准几乎完全一致;以谱细胞检出抗体类型为标准,经凝聚胺技术检出抗-e、抗-E、抗-c检出率均为100.00%,抗-C检出率为0.00%。研究发现,输血检验中,与常规盐水检验相比,尽管凝聚胺技术会延长检出用时,但可提升红细胞凝集阳性检出率,提升不规则抗体诊断效能。但对疑似样本建议联合筛查,以降低输血不良反应发生率,提升治疗安全性。

Analyzed the application effects of polyamine technology and conventional saline testing in blood transfusion testing.In the pre transfusion blood matching of 232 patients requiring clinical blood transfusion treatment,the polyamine method and conventional saline method were used,with spectral cell detection as the gold standard,and their application value was analyzed.The results showed that the cross matching detection time using the polyamine method was longer than that using the conventional saline method(P<0.05);The positive rate of red blood cell agglutination detected by polyamine was higher than that by conventional saline method(P<0.05);The screening efficiency of the polyamine method for irregular antibodies is almost identical to the gold standard;Based on the detection of antibody types by spectral cells,the detection rates of anti-e,anti-E,and anti-c using polyamine technology were all 100.00%,and the detection rate of anti-C was 0.00%.The results showed that in blood transfusion tests,although polyamine technology may prolong the detection time compared to conventional saline tests,it can improve the positive detection rate of red blood cell agglutination and the diagnostic efficiency of irregular antibodies.However,it is recommended to conduct joint screening for suspected samples to reduce the incidence of adverse reactions to blood transfusion and improve treatment safety.
