双歧杆菌四联活菌治疗小儿急性腹泻病临床疗效观察

Clinical Observation on the Treatment of Acute Diarrhea in Children with Bifidobacterium Tetravalent Live Bacteria

探究了急性腹泻疾病儿童应用药物双歧杆菌四联活菌的效果。以河池市人民医院2021年2月—2022年5月收治的98例急性腹泻患儿为研究对象,对医学检查支持急性腹泻诊断结果的儿童,通过医嘱所用药物展开分组活动,各组别所用方案不同。对照组(n=49)以常规疗法为治疗方案,观察组(n=49)以常规疗法及双歧杆菌四联活菌联合应用为治疗方案,两组患儿均在家属及医护人员监督指导下持续用药3d,之后评价所用药物的具体作用。结果显示,观察组症状缓解时间用时更短(P<0.05);观察组治疗有效率更高(P<0.05);观察组肠道菌群数量指标更优(P<0.05)。研究发现,小儿急性腹泻发病后,不仅要采用常规疗法,还需应用双歧杆菌四联活菌治疗,可以加快患儿各项临床症状的缓解时间,改善临床治疗效果,提高肠道菌群水平,保障用药安全性,值得临床推广。

Explored the effectiveness of using the drug Bifidobacterium tetravalent live bacteria in children with acute diarrhea.98 children admitted to the People’s Hospital of Hechi from February 2021 to May 2022 were selected as the research subjects.Medical examinations supported the diagnosis of acute diarrhea,and grouping activities were carried out based on medication orders.Different groups used different protocols.The control group(n=49)was treated with routine therapy,while the observation group(n=49)was treated with routine therapy and Bifidobacterium quadruplex live bacteria.Both groups of children were treated continuously for 3 days under the supervision and guidance of family members and medical staff,and the specific effects of the medication were evaluated afterwards.The symptom relief time in the observation group was shorter(P<0.05);The observation group had a higher effective rate of treatment(P<0.05);The observation group had better indicators of gut microbiota quantity(P<0.05).Research has found that after the onset of acute diarrhea in children,not only routine therapy should be used,but also the use of bifidobacterium quadruplex live bacteria treatment can accelerate the relief time of various clinical symptoms in children,improve clinical treatment effectiveness,improve the level of intestinal microbiota,ensure medication safety,and be worthy of clinical promotion.
