腹腔镜、小切口手术切除胆囊治疗胆结石的价值研究

分析腹腔镜与小切口联合实施手术在切除胆囊治疗胆结石过程中的实际应用效果。在六盘水市人民医院收治的所有胆结石患者中选取56名接受胆结石手术治疗的患者作为研究对象,按照其在手术治疗时采用不同方案对其进行分组,普通组(n=28)单一应用小切口手术实施胆囊切除术;研究组(n=28)辅助应用腹腔镜实施小切口手术切除,观察两组患者在手术治疗的实际效果方面的差异。同时,观察患者术后出现并发症的实际情况,观察患者对术后治疗效果的满意度情况。研究发现,在治疗胆结石的过程中切除胆囊时,借助腹腔镜行小切口手术有利于取得更好的手术治疗效果。在这类疾病的手术治疗过程中,应当积极引入腹腔镜发挥好辅助引导作用,提高手术治疗效果,体现出两种方法融合应用的现实价值。

Analyze the practical application effect of laparoscopy combined with small incision surgery in the treatment of gallstones during cholecystectomy.56 patients who underwent surgical treatment for gallstones were selected as the study subjects from all gallstone patients admitted to the People’s Hospital of Liupanshui City.They were divided into three groups according to their different plans of surgical treatment.The common group(n=28)used only small incision surgery to perform cholecystectomy;The research group(n=28)assisted the use of laparoscopy for small incision surgical resection.Observe the differences in the actual effectiveness of surgical treatment between the two groups of patients.At the same time,observe the actual situation of postoperative complications in patients and their satisfaction with the postoperative treatment effect.Research has found that when removing the gallbladder during the treatment of gallstones,laparoscopic small incision surgery is beneficial for achieving better surgical treatment results.In the surgical treatment process of this type of disease,laparoscopy should be actively introduced to play a good auxiliary guiding role,improve the surgical treatment effect,and refl ect the practical value of the fusion application of the two methods.
