优质护理在腹腔镜手术护理配合中的应用价值研究

Application and Value Experience of High Quality Nursing in Laparoscopic Surgery Nursing Cooperation

探究了腹腔镜手术治疗期间优质护理配合价值。将2021年1月—2022年12月内行腹腔镜手术治疗患者122例,随机分为对照、观察组各61例,分别实施常规护理、优质护理,对比两组效果。结果显示,手术相关时间指标均以观察组较短;观察组并发症防控效果较佳;术前未见不同组别患者疼痛差异,术后不同时段均有减轻的同时,尤以观察组下降幅度较大;经不同方案干预后焦虑抑郁程度均有减轻,尤其观察组下降幅度较大;睡眠质量各项目与总分均以观察组较低;各生活质量指标分值以观察组较高;护理总满意度以观察组较高。研究发现,腹腔镜手术治疗中优质护理配合起到重要作用,辅助强化了治疗效率、保护了患者安全,同时还可调节不良情绪,促进生活质量水平提升。

Explored the value of high-quality nursing cooperation during laparoscopic surgery treatment.122 patients who underwent laparoscopic surgery from January 2021 to December 2022 were randomly divided into a control group and an observation group,with 61 patients in each group receiving routine care and high-quality care.The effects of the two groups were compared.The results showed that the observation group had shorter surgical related time indicators;The observation group had the best effect in preventing and controlling complications;There was no difference in pain among different groups of patients before surgery,and there was a significant reduction in pain at different time points after surgery,especially in the observation group;After intervention with different plans,the degree of anxiety and depression decreased,especially in the observation group with a significant decrease;The observation group had lower sleep quality items and total scores;The scores of various quality of life indicators were higher in the observation group;The overall satisfaction with nursing was higher in the observation group.The study found that high-quality nursing cooperation plays an important role in laparoscopic surgery,assisting in strengthening the efficiency of treatment and protecting the safety of patient safety,while also regulating bad emotions and promoting the improvement of quality of life.
