舒适护理在日间病房化疗患者中的应用效果分析

Analysis of the Application Effect of Comfort Nursing in Chemotherapy Patients in Daytime Ward

探究在日间病房化疗患者中应用舒适护理的临床效果。选取2021年10月—2022年10月期间南通市第一人民医院日间病房化疗的70例患者为研究对象,随机将其分为对照组和观察组,对照组患者应用常规护理,观察组患者在常规护理的基础上实施舒适护理,通过对两组患者基本资料分析来观察不同护理方式的护理效果。结果显示应用舒适护理方式的观察组患者生活质量评分优于对照组,舒适度以及护理满意率均高于对照组(P<0.05)。研究发现,在日间病房化疗患者护理中应用舒适护理方式能够为患者提供细致、优质的护理服务,从护理质量保障角度提升了患者生活质量水平以及护理满意度。

This paper studies the clinical effect of applying comfort care in patients undergoing chemotherapy in daytime wards.70 patients who underwent chemotherapy in the daytime ward of Nantong First People’s Hospital from October 2021 to October 2022 were selected as the research subjects and randomly divided into a control group and an observation group.The control group received routine care,while the observation group received com fortable care on the basis of routine care.By analyzing the basic data of the two groups of patients,the nursing effects of different nursing methods were understood.The quality of life scores of patients in the observation group who applied comfortable nursing methods were better than those in the control group,and the comfort level and nursing satisfaction rate were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Research has found that the application of comfortable nursing methods in the care of chemotherapy patients in daytime wards can provide meticulous and high-quality nursing services to patients,thereby improving their quality of life and nursing satisfaction from the guarantee of nursing quality.
