提升医院西药房药学服务水平的临床意义分析

Clinical Significance Analysis of Improving the Pharmaceutical Service Level of Hospital Western Pharmacies

探究了医院提升西药房药学服务水平的方案以及其产生的临床意义。以2022年1月—2022年12月为时间范围,采用便利抽样法完成在衡水市景县人民医院西药房取药的患病样本的收录工作,据其在就诊过程中所接受的药学服务将其分为常规药学服务的对照组和接受改进后的药学服务的研究组。完成两组样本药物发放差错率、药学服务满意度等指标的收录工作,并展开对比分析。结果显示,研究组样本的药物发放差错率显著低于对照组样本,且前者的药学服务满意度显著高于后者(P<0.05)。研究发现,根据西药房药学服务的需求以及运转现状采取相应的改善措施以提升西药房药学服务水平,不仅能够提升患者的服务满意度,还能够为医院的药物管理质量提供保障,减少药物问题的发生率。

Explored the plan for improving the pharmaceutical service level of Western pharmacies during the operation of hospitals and its application significance.Using the convenience sampling method from January 2022 to December 2022 as the time range,the collection of disease samples collected from the Western Pharmacy of Jingxian People’s Hospital in Hengshui City was completed.They were divided into a control group based on the pharmaceutical services received during the treatment,with the Western Pharmacy providing routine pharmaceutical services;The drug services of the research group.Complete the inclusion of two sample drug distribution error rates,pharmaceutical service satisfaction,and other indicators,and conduct comparative analysis.The results showed that the drug distribution error rate of the study group sample was significantly lower than that of the control group sample,and the satisfaction with pharmaceutical services of the former was significantly higher than that of the latter(P<0.05).Research has found that taking corresponding improvement measures to enhance the pharmaceutical service level of Western pharmacies based on the demand and current operation status of pharmaceutical services can not only improve the service satisfaction of the affected population,but also provide assurance for the quality of hospital drug management and reduce the incidence of drug problems.
