心理护理联合健康教育在血液透析护理中的应用研究

The Application of Psychological Nursing Combined with Health Education in Hemodialysis Nursing

探究了心理护理联合健康教育在血液透析护理中的应用。将罗城仫佬族自治县人民医院2020年1月—2022年12月收治的75例血液透析患者随机分为两组。参照组(37例)予以常规血液透析护理;干预组(38例)予以健康教育+心理护理+常规血液透析护理,比较两组患者的心理状态、健康知识掌握程度、自护能力及生存质量。结果显示,护理前,两组焦虑抑郁量表(HADS)评分无差异(P>0.05);护理后,干预组HADS评分低于参照组(P<0.05);干预组健康知识总掌握率高于参照组(P<0.05);护理前,两组自我护理能力量表(ESCA)评分无差异(P>0.05);护理后,干预组ESCA评分高于参照组(P<0.05);护理前,两组健康调查简表(SF-36)评分无差异(P>0.05);护理后,干预组SF-36评分高于参照组(P<0.05)。研究发现,对血液透析患者进行心理护理与健康教育干预,能够改善患者的心理状态,提高其对健康知识的掌握程度及自护能力,同时改善其生存质量。

Explored the application of psychological nursing combined with health education in hemodialysis nursing.75 hemodialysis patients admitted to Luocheng Mulao Autonomous County People’s Hospital from January 2020 to December 2022 were randomly divided into a reference group(37 cases)for routine hemodialysis care;The intervention group(38 cases)received health education,psychological care,and routine hemodialysis care.The psychological status,mastery of health knowledge,self-care ability,and quality of life of the two groups were compared.The results showed that there was no difference in the anxiety and depression scale(HADS)scores between the two groups of hospitals before nursing(P>0.05);After nursing,the HADS score of the intervention group was lower than that of the reference group(P<0.05);The overall mastery rate of health knowledge in the intervention group was higher than that in the reference group(P<0.05);Before nursing,there was no difference in the self-care ability scale(ESCA)scores between the two groups(P>0.05);After nursing,the ESCA score of the intervention group was higher than that of the reference group,P<0.05;Before nursing,there was no difference in the scores of the two groups’health survey summary table(SF-36)(P>0.05);After nursing,the SF-36 score in the intervention group was higher than that in the reference group(P<0.05).Research has found that psychological care and health education interventions for hemodialysis patients can improve their psychological state,enhance their mastery of health knowledge and self-care ability,and improve their quality of life.
