山区高标准农田建设项目水资源供需平衡分析

摘要 高标准农田建设是乡村振兴背景下发展现代农业、提升粮食产量和促进农民增收的重要举措。针对松溪坝区可供水量受区域中小型河流来水量影响较大的特点,结合项目区水资源概况和农作物种植结构、灌溉制度及定额,对灌溉可供水量与需水量进行详细分析,探究区域水资源能否完全满足高效节水灌溉需求。论证结果表明,松溪坝区内4个灌区的枯季和汛期可供水量均大于灌溉日最大需水量。研究成果可为项目规划建设提供详实数据支撑,也可为山区类似项目水资源平衡分析提供参考。 High-standard farmland construction is an important measure for developing modern agriculture,increasing grain output and increasing farmers'income revitalizing rural areas.In view of the fact that the available water supply in Songxi dam area is greatly affected by the inflow of small and medium-sized rivers in the region,based on the general situation of water resources in the project area,crop planting structure,irrigation system and quota,the irrigation available water supply and water demand are analyzed in detail in this paper,so as to explore whether regional water resources can fully meet the needs of high-efficiency and water-saving irrigation.The results show that the available water supply in the dry season and flood season of the four irrigation areas in Songxi dam area is larger than the daily maximum water demand of irrigation.The research results can not only provide detailed data support for project planning and construction,but also provide reference for water resources balance analysis of similar projects in mountainous areas.
