摘要
由于“起源”咖啡颗粒复合滤棒含有夹杂的咖啡颗粒,在复合滤棒成型机切割含颗粒的原棒时会造成颗粒破碎,散落的颗粒粉末会被带入下道工序,从而影响生产效率和最终产品质量。对此,从成型机除尘缺陷出发,提出针对于原棒切割模块及集棒模块两部分的改善措施,并对改善前后的缺陷滤棒数量进行抽样对比,结果表明,改善措施大大增加除尘效率,明显减少“夹末颗粒”滤棒的产生。
As the"original"coffee particle composite filter rod contains coffee particles,cutting the original rod containing particles in the composite filter rod molding machine will cause the particles to be broken,and the scattered particle powder will be brought into the next process,thus affecting the production efficiency and the final product quality.Aiming at the dedusting defects of the molding machine,the improvement measures for the original rod cutting module and collecting rod module are put forward,and the number of defective filter rods before and after improvement are sampled and compared.The results showed that the improvement measures greatly increased the dust removal efficiency and significantly reduced the generation of"end-clip particles"filter rods.
