摘要
城市轨道交通电动客车轮对状态是电动客车运营安全性和平稳性的保障。轮对支撑着整个车辆的载荷,随着电动客车在轨道上的高速运行,还需要承受车体和钢轨传递而来各种形式的动、静作用力,其受力情况比较复杂。因此,在运营过程中,轮对必然会受到各种形式的损伤。基于此,车辆轮对的检修、参数测量、镟修就显得尤为重要。当前电动客车轮对的维修主要是利用轮对镟修将其参数恢复到合格的几何状态,其中最为关键的一个因素就是制定镟修等级。选用合适的等级和方式对轮对进行检修,既要满足电动客车高质量运营的要求,又要延长轮对的使用寿命,减小频繁更换轮对造成的经济损失。
The wheelset state of electric bus in urban rail transit is the guarantee of the safety and stability of electric bus operation.The wheelsets support the load of the whole vehicle.As the high-speed operation of the electric bus on the track also needs to bear various forms of dynamic and static forces transmitted by the car body and rail,its force situation is more complex;therefore,in the process of operation,wheelsets are bound to be damaged in various forms.It is particularly important for the maintenance,parameter measurement and overhaul of vehicle wheelsets.At present,the maintenance of electric bus wheelset is mainly using wheelset repair to restore its parameters to a qualified geometric state,one of the most important factors is the establishment of repair grade.The selection of appropriate grades and methods for the maintenance of wheelsets not only meets the requirements of high-quality operation of electric buses,but also prolongs the service life of wheelsets and reduces the economic losses caused by frequent replacement of wheelsets.
