宝钢C208平整机打滑机理和防滑技术的计算分析

摘要 合金化热镀锌产品(GA)工艺对平整机辊系表面质量要求高、辊系粗糙度要求低,极容易在平整机工作过程中产生打滑,使得带钢表面产生间断性划伤和粘锌辊印,是影响到GA产品质量的重点管控缺陷。该文以宝钢C208机组湿平整为研究对象,结合实际生产业绩,对该平整机辊系产生打滑的原因进行分析计算,给出辊系阻力矩及阻力上限值,得出避免产生打滑的工艺条件,将所得结果应用于测张辊、防缠防皱辊的工艺技术规程,可防止平整机使用过程中GA产品划伤缺陷。 The processing of galvanized sheet steel(GA)products requires high surface quality and low roughness of roll system of temper mill,which is very easy to slip during the working process of temper mill,resulting in intermittent scratches and sticky galvanized roll marks on the surface of strip,which is the key control defect affecting the quality of GA products.In this paper,taking the wet leveling of C208 mill of Baosteel as the research object,combined with the actual production performance,the causes of roll system skidding are analyzed and calculated,the resistance moment and upper limit of roll system resistance are given,and the process conditions to avoid skidding are obtained.The results obtained are applied to the process and technical regulations of tension measuring roll and anti-wrinkle roll,which can prevent scratching defects of GA products during the use of the temper mill.
