抑制型电导检测离子色谱法测定饮用水中高氯酸盐

摘要 建立抑制型电导检测离子色谱法测定饮用水中的高氯酸盐。选用IonPac®AS19色谱柱(250 mm×4 mm),柱温为30℃,电导池温度为35℃,用40 mmol/L氢氧化钾溶液作为淋洗液,氢氧化钾淋洗液由淋洗液发生器在线产生,淋洗液流量为1.0 mL/min,淋洗方式为等浓度淋洗。采用AERS 500(4 mm)型抑制器,抑制器电流为99 mA,进样体积为500μL,高氯酸盐的色谱峰面积与质量浓度在0.030~0.200 mg/L范围内的线性关系良好,相关系数为0.9992,方法检出限为0.002 mg/L,定量限为0.010 mg/L。7次重复测定结果的相对标准偏差为2.49%~3.78%,样品加标回收率为90.0%~101%。该方法适用于饮用水中高氯酸盐的检测。 A method for the determination of perchlorate in drinking water by suppressed conductivity detection ion chromatography was established.The separation was performed on an IonPac®AS19 column(250 mm×4 mm)with a column temperature of 30℃and a conductivity cell temperature of 35℃.The reagent-free controller was used to produce the potassium hydroxide eluent online with the concentration of 40 mmol/L.The flow rate of eluting solution was 1.0 mL/min.An AERS 500(4 mm)inhibitor was used at a suppressor current of 99 mA.The sample volume was 500μL.There was a good linear relationship between the chromatographic peak area and the mass concentration of perchlorate in the range of 0.030-0.200 mg/L with the correlation of 0.9992.The limit of detection was 0.002 mg/L,and the limit of quantitation was 0.010 mg/L.The relative standard deviation of the detection results was 2.49%-3.78%(n=7),and the recovery of standard addition was 90.0%-101%.The method can be applied for the determination of perchlorate in drinking water.
