覆膜处理对生姜萌芽与生长的影响

摘要 本实验以生姜为材料,通过盆栽实验,设置了覆膜处理组(F)、对照组(ck)两个处理,研究覆膜处理对生姜萌芽与生长的影响。结果表明,覆膜处理相比较于不覆膜处理土壤平均温度可提高2~3℃,土壤相对湿度高出不覆膜处理约21.25%;覆膜处理下生姜萌芽率、株高、叶面积和姜块鲜重等指标均优于不覆膜处理,生姜萌芽率提高20%,株高增高9 cm,叶面积增大5.7 cm^(2),鲜重增加53.3 g。 In this experiment,ginger was used as the material.Through pot experiment,two treatments,film-covered treatment group(F)and control group(ck),were set up to study the effect of film-covered place on ginger germination and growth.The results showed that the soil temperature could be significantly increased by film mulching,which was 2-3℃higher than that without film mulching.Compared with non-film mulching treatment,film mulching could effectively keep soil moisture,and it was 21.25%higher than the average moisture content of non-film mulching soil.The germination rate,plant height,leaf area and fresh weight of ginger under plastic film mulching were much better than those without plastic film mulching.Compared with those without plastic film mulching,the germination rate of ginger increased 20%,the plant height increased 9 cm,the leaf area enlarged 5.7 cm^(2)and the fresh weight increased 53.3 g.
