习近平总书记在庆祝中国共产党成立100周年大会上提出“坚持真理、坚守理想,践行初心、担当使命,不怕牺牲、英勇斗争,对党忠诚、不负人民”的伟大建党精神。“建党精神”和“时代青年”之间存在着内在逻辑关系:革命年代的青年是铸就伟大“建党精神”的核心力量;“建党精神”领航各时代青年的成长与发展。高职大学生党员政治品格的具体表现为:笃定坚持马克思主义科学信仰、积极践履社会主义核心价值观、彰显工匠精神为核心的职业素质及充分发挥学生党员先锋示范作用;以“建党精神”塑造高职大学生政治品格,可以从四个方面推进具体实施:政治信心力培塑、政治自觉性养成、政治战斗力打造、政治价值感充盈。

At the celebration of the 100th anniversary of the founding of the Communist Party of China,General Secretary Xi Jinping proposed the great founding spirit of"upholding the truth,adhering to the ideal,practicing the original intention,taking on the mission,not afraid of sacrifice,fighting heroically,being loyal to the party,and living up to the people".There is an inherent logical relationship between the"Party Founding Spirit"and the"Youth of the Times".Revolutionary youth are the core force forging the great"party building spirit"."Party Founding Spirit"guides the growth of young college students'party members.The specific manifestations of the political character of party members in higher vocational colleges are as follows:Firmly upholding the scientific belief of Marxism,actively practicing socialist core values,demonstrating the professional quality of craftsmanship as the core and giving full play to the pioneering role of student party members.Shaping the political character of vocational college students with the"party building spirit"can be implemented from four aspects:Building political confidence,Political consciousness development,Political combat power building,full of political value.
