摘要
以废弃玉米秸秆提取的纤维素为原料,采用热解法和活化法相结合制备得到生物质多孔碳材料.采用X射线晶体衍射仪(XRD)、扫描电子显微镜(SEM)、透射电子显微镜(TEM)等表征手段对其组成和结构进行表征.组成的对称型超级电容器电化学性能测试结果表明,制得的多孔碳材料电极具有较高的比电容和优异的循环稳定性.在电流密度为0.3 A·g^(-1)时,比电容量为210.74 F·g^(-1);当电流密度增加到10 A·g^(-1)时,其比电容量也可达到175.89 F·g^(-1),电容器仍显示出82.69%的电容保留率.提供了一种环境安全和简单易得的方法制备性能优异的生物质碳电极材料.
The biomass porous carbon material was prepared from cellulose extracted from waste corn straw by pyrolysis and activation.X-ray crystal diffractometer(XRD),scanning electron microscope(SEM)and transmission electron microscope(TEM)were used to characterize its composition and structure.The electrochemical performance test results of the symmetrical supercapacitor show that the porous carbon electrode has higher specific capacitance and excellent cyclic stability.When the current density is 0.3 A·g^(-1),the specific capacitance is 210.74 F·g^(-1).When the current density increases to 10 A·g^(-1),the specific capacitance can also reach 175.89 F·g^(-1),the capacitor still shows a capacitance retention rate of 82.69%.Provides an environmentally safe,simple and readily available method to prepare biochar electrode materials with excellent properties.
