预防术后医院感染一直是心脏外科工作和研究的重要内容。近年来国内外文献报道的术后医院感染发生率为3.19%~4.6%[1-3],其中肺部感染占一半左右,其次为血流感染、尿路感染、手术部位感染、感染性心内膜炎或植入物感染等。术后医院感染增加死亡率、住院时间和医疗费用[2,4]。
