社会公德的建设对新时代我国公民道德建设的深入推进、社会文明程度的不断提升、良好国家形象的全面塑造具有十分重要的意义。社会公德建设是公民道德建设的基础工程,社会公德建设需要以社会主义核心价值观为引领,社会公德建设需要以法治建设为保障,是新时代社会公德建设的三个基本问题。当前我国社会公德领域总体呈现出尚德守法、崇德向善、文明和谐的良好景象。
