摘要
探索成教脱产学生实践能力的影响因素对提升成人教育质量具有重要意义。对5所市级开放大学成教脱产学生进行抽样调查和统计分析发现,当前成教脱产学生的实践能力普遍较弱,不同专业的学生实践能力有着显著差异;成教脱产学生实践能力与其就读体验显著相关,通过学习客观情况、学习主观态度、人际关系情况、生活满意程度、后勤满意程度可以有效预测学生的实践能力。成人脱产教育应依托优势专业,强化培养过程中的实践环节,改善学生的生活满意程度和后勤满意程度,提升学生学习的客观情况,同时提高班级活动的频率以改善学生人际关系。
Exploring the factors affecting the practice ability of full-time students of adult education is of great significance in improving the quality of adult education.Based on a sample survey and statistical analysis of full-time students of adult education in five open universities,we found that the practice abilities of current adult education students are generally weak,and there are significant differences in the practice abilities of students from different majors.There is a significant correlation between the practice ability of full-time students of adult education and their study experience.Through a survey on such factors as objective learning situations,subjective learning attitudes,interpersonal relationships,life satisfaction,and logistics satisfaction,we can effectively predict students’practice ability.Therefore,adult full-time education should rely on advantageous majors,streng the practice training in talents cultivation,improve students’degree of satisfaction with life at college,improve students’objective learning condition,and increase the frequency of class activities to improve students’interpersonal relationships.
