某铅锌尾矿回收氧化锌选矿试验研究 被引量:1

摘要 云南某铅锌尾矿锌含量为6.89%,其中硫化锌占17.28%,氧化锌占82.72%,硫化锌矿物主要为闪锌矿,氧化锌矿物大部分为菱锌矿,少量为异极矿。为了回收该尾矿中的锌,进行了大量的试验研究。结果表明,该尾矿适宜采用“先硫后氧(氧化锌浮选前采用重浮联合作业脱泥)”流程回收锌,闭路试验最终可获得锌品位30.87%的硫化锌精矿、锌品位25.96%的氧化锌精矿和锌品位13.94%的浮选矿泥,三者合计锌品位为23.43%,锌总回收率为81.68%。重浮联合脱泥实现了矿泥的高效稳定脱除,为氧化锌的浮选回收创造了良好的矿浆环境,可以保证获得较高品位的硫化锌精矿和氧化锌精矿,同时得到较低品位的浮选矿泥,较大限度地回收了氧化锌矿石中的锌资源,对难选氧化锌资源开发利用具有重要的实际意义。 The zinc content of a lead-zinc tailings in Yunnan was 6.89%,in which zinc sulfide accounted for 17.28%and zinc oxide accounted for 82.72%.The zinc sulfide mineral was mainly sphalerite,the zinc oxide mineral was mostly smithsonite,and a small amount of hemimorphite.In order to recover zinc from the tailings,a lot of experiments were carried out.The results showed that the flowsheet of sulfur followed by oxygen was suitable to recover zinc from the tailings,and the closed-circuit tests could finally obtain zinc sulfide concentrate with zinc grade of 30.87%,zinc oxide concentrate with zinc grade of 25.96%and flotation slime with zinc grade of 13.94%,the total zinc grade was 23.43%and the total recovery of zinc was 81.68%.The desliming combined with gravity flotation realized the efficient and stable desliming of the slime,created a good pulp environment for the flotation recovery of zinc oxide,can ensure to obtain a higher grade of zinc sulfide concentrate and zinc oxide concentrate,and simultaneously obtain a lower grade of flotation slime,greatly recovered the zinc resource in the zinc oxide ore,and had important practical significance for the development and utilization of refractory zinc oxide resources.
