摘要
为了解决煤矿瓦斯抽采效率低、采煤工作面瓦斯超限等问题,研制出瓦斯智能抽排装置及自动伸缩筒。该装置采用单板机测控和新的传感技术,实现集中显示和多点测控。控制装置通过安装在抽放管路上传感器对采空区瓦斯抽放参数(CH4浓度、CO浓度等)进行检测,视其所检测信号量值的大小,发出相应的控制指令,对采空区瓦斯抽放系统的抽放参数进行相应的调整,确保采空区瓦斯抽放始终处于最佳状态,从而实现均压抽放和智能抽排采空区瓦斯及自动抽排工作面积聚瓦斯。
To solve the problems such as low gas extraction efficiency of coal mines and gas over-limit in coal mining faces,an intelligent gas drainage device and an automatic telescopic tube are developed.The device adopts single-board machine measurement and control and new sensing technology to realize centralized display and multi-point measurement and control.The control device detects gas drainage parameters(gas concentration,carbon monoxide concentration,etc.)in the gob area through sensors installed on the drainage pipe.By analyzing the detected signal values,a control instruction is generated to adjust the parameters of the gas drainage system,ensuring optimal performance of goaf gas drainage,and realizing the balanced pressure drainage,the intelligent gas drainage in the gob area and the automatic drainage of gas accumulating in the mining face.
