国家中药复方专利治疗前列腺炎的配伍规律研究

Study on the Compatibility Rule of National Chinese Medicine Compound Patent Treating Prostatitis

目的基于国家专利数据库发布的治疗前列腺炎的中药复方专利研究中药治疗前列腺炎的配伍规律。方法登录国家知识产权局中国专利公布公告网站(http://epub.sipo.gov.cn/),检索治疗前列腺炎的中药复方专利,按照纳入与排除标准进行筛选后提取方剂数据,运用Excel 2016进行年份、证型、频数、性味、归经统计,使用SPSS Modeler 18.0 Apriori算法进行关联规则分析、IBM SPSS Statistics 26.0进行聚类分析以及因子分析。结果最终纳入2011年1月1日至2021年1月1日期间治疗前列腺炎的312项中药复方专利,统计结果显示专利公布申请数最高年份为2015年(61项),证型以湿热蕴结证为主,共涉及药物606味,单味药使用频次≥30的有31味,最常用单味药为车前子,功效分类以清热药为主,药性主以寒、温、平,药味主以甘、辛、苦,关联规则分析结果显示共得到核心药物组合7组,因子分析共提取6个公因子,聚类分析得到5个聚类组。结论治疗前列腺炎的中药复方专利以清热利湿解毒为主要原则,根据相关临床症状兼以疏肝解郁、活血化瘀、补肾填精等治法。

Objective To study the compatibility law of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of prostatitis based on the Chinese patent compound patent for the treatment of prostatitis published in the national patent database.Methods Log on to the China Patent Publication Announcement website of the State Intellectual Property Office(http://epub.sipo.gov.cn/),searched for patents of Chinese medicine compound prescriptions for the treatment of prostatitis,and extracted prescription data after screening according to the inclusion and exclusion criteria,using Excel 2016 performs statistics on year,syndrome type,frequency,nature and flavor,and return to menstruation.Using SPSS Modeler 18.0 Apriori algorithm performs association rule analysis,and IBM SPSS Statistics 26.0 performs cluster analysis and factor analysis.Results The 312 Chinese medicine compound patents for the treatment of prostatitis from January 1,2011 to January 1,2021 were finally included.The statistical results showed that the highest number of patent applications was 2015(61),and the syndrome was based on damp-heat accumulation.Syndrome mainly involves 606 medicines.There were 31 single medicines with frequency≥30.The most commonly used single medicine was Psyllium sylvestris.The classification of efficacy was mainly heat-clearing medicine,and the main medicine properties are cold,warm and calm.The taste of medicine was mainly sweet,pungent,and bitter.The results of association rule analysis showed that a total of 7 core drug combinations are obtained,a total of 6 common factors were extracted by factor analysis,and 5 cluster groups are obtained by cluster analysis.Conclusion The patented Chinese medicine compound prescription for the treatment of prostatitis takes heat-clearing,removing dampness and detoxification as the main treatment principle,and according to the relevant clinical symptoms,the treatment methods such as soothing the liver and relieving depression,promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis,invigorating the kidney and filling essence.
