摘要
人参皂苷Rd是人参中的重要活性成分,具有较好的药理活性。近年来,体内与体外研究证实人参皂苷Rd可通过抗炎、抗氧化应激、抗凋亡、调节Ca^(2+)超载与线粒体功能等途径发挥神经保护作用,临床上可用其预防和治疗脑缺血中风、阿尔兹海默症、帕金森症、精神障碍、癫痫等疾病。通过对人参皂苷Rd的主要药理作用进行综述,特别是其在中枢神经系统方面的神经保护作用及其可能的机制,为进一步研究人参皂苷Rd相关的药物开发及应用提供思路。
Ginsenoside Rd is an important active ingredient in Panax ginseng with good pharmacological activity.In recent years,in vivo and in vitro experiments have confirmed that ginsenoside Rd can exert neuroprotective effects through anti-inflammatory,anti-oxidative stress,anti-apoptotic,regulate calcium overload and mitochondrial function,which can be used clinically to prevent and treat cerebral ischemic stroke,Alzheimer’s disease,Parkinson’s disease,mental disorder,epilepsy and other diseases.The main pharmacological effects of ginsenoside Rd,especially its neuroprotective effects in the central nervous system and its possible mechanisms are reviewed by reviewing the literature to provide ideas for further research on ginsenoside Rd-related drug development and its applications.
