摘要
开展了模数为3、齿数为17的6082铝合金标准圆柱直齿轮挤压铸造试验研究。分析了成形压力和固溶+时效热处理对构件成形品质和组织性能的影响。结果表明,增大成形压力不仅有利于提高熔体流动性,改善齿轮宏观成形品质、消除凝固缺陷,还有利于细化微观组织,提高组织和力学性能的均匀性。当实际成形压力为230 MPa时,获得了成形品质良好、组织和力学性能均匀分布的齿轮构件。经过热处理后,其抗拉强度达到335 MPa,伸长率为11.8%。
A 6082 Al alloy spur gear with a module of 3 and the teeth number of 17 was manufactured by squeezing casting.The effects of forming pressure and solution-aging on forming quality,microstructures and mechanical properties were analyzed.The results reveal that the increase of forming pressure is helpful to the melt flow,thus to improve the forming quality and avoid the solidification defects.Moreover,it is helpful to obtain fine grains and improve the uniformities of microstructures and mechanical properties.When the actual forming pressure is 230 MPa,a gear with satisfactory forming quality,fine microstructure and excellent mechanical properties can be obtained.After T6 heat treatment,the tensile strength and elongation reach up to 335 MPa and 11.8%,respectively.
