摘要
针对波音737飞机2 mm壁厚舱门铸铝件的技术要求,研究了其对铸造铝合金材料和本体的力学性能指标、铸件的内部和表面品质要求、铸件的尺寸精度以及表面粗糙度的要求,并且对比了HB963和HB5480两种铸铝材料和铸件的各项指标要求。从对比数据来看,波音飞机采用的材料力学性能比目前我国相似材料高约17%,铸件品质要求更高。
In view of the technical requirement of aluminum cast door in Boeing 737 airplane with thickness of 2 mm,the requirements of mechanical properties,inner quality and surface quality,dimensional tolerance and roughness of cast aluminum alloy on boeing doors were described,and index requirements of HB963 and HB5480 similar aluminum alloy were analyzed comparatively.The results indicate that the mechanical properties of Boeing cast alloy is about 17%higher than the domestic similar cast alloy,with higher quality requirement.
