离合器壳体压铸工艺分析及缺陷改善

摘要 国产新一代CVT变速箱燃油经济性、动力性、舒适性好,成本低,但是集成结构的复杂化和功能的多样化给离合器壳体的制造带来了极大的挑战。通过应用并完善高压点冷型芯针设计,可提高热节的冷却效果,延长型芯针的使用寿命;通过改进毛坯形状设计,增大挤压销的直径,可解决厚大位置内部缩松、缩孔缺陷,保证产品的内部品质和气密性。 The new generation of domestic CVT transmission has desirable fuel economy,power performance,comfort and low cost,however the complexity of integrated structure and diversity of functions bring great challenges to the manufacturing of clutch housing.By applying and perfecting the design of high pressure point cooling core pin,the cooling effect of hot spot can be improved effectively and the service life of pin can be prolonged.By improving the shape design of blank and increasing diameter of squeezing pin,shrinkages and porosities in the thick position can be effectively eliminated,and the internal quality and gas tightness of the product can be guaranteed.
