中医药调控慢传输型便秘水通道蛋白研究进展

Research Advances in Regulating Aquaporins in Slow Transit Constipation with Traditional Chinese Medicine

“大肠主津”指饮食水谷经胃和小肠消化吸收后,进入大肠进行水液和营养物质重新吸收的过程。大肠传输糟粕的能力需要依赖“大肠主津”的能力。慢传输型便秘作为功能型便秘的一种常见类型,其部分发病机制与“大肠主津”存在着密切联系。水通道蛋白作为细胞内和细胞间水流的调节器,其表达是否正常,与大肠的吸收功能及分泌津和液的能力呈正相关。通过调控水通道蛋白治疗水液代谢失常,或可作为治疗慢传输型便秘的潜在靶点。深入探索中医药对水通道蛋白表达的调控作用,可以更好地诠释“大肠主津”在现代医学中的理论发展,为“大肠主津”理论应用于慢传输型便秘的治疗提供坚实的理论基础。
