经期静脉滴注阿奇霉素治疗慢性附件炎的临床效果

Clinical effect of intravenous infusion of azithromycin on chronic adnexitis during menstruation

目的 探讨经期静脉滴注阿奇霉素治疗方案在慢性附件炎治疗中的价值。方法 选取70例慢性附件炎患者作为研究对象,利用随机分配法分为对照组与观察组,各35例。对照组于经期结束给予静脉滴注阿奇霉素治疗方案,观察组于经期开始第1天给予静脉滴注阿奇霉素治疗方案,观察并比较两组的不良反应发生情况、治疗效果、生活质量水平。结果 观察组的总不良反应发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组的治疗总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组的躯体功能、心理状态、社会功能、物质生活状态、生活质量评分明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 在慢性附件炎患者经期第1天给予静脉滴注阿奇霉素的治疗效果显著,能够减少不良反应,改善患者的生活质量。

Objective To discuss the value of intravenous infusion of Azithromycin during menstruation in the treatment of chronic adnexitis.Methods A total of 70 cases of chronic adnexitis were selected as the study subjects and randomly assigned to the control group and the observation group,with 35 cases in each group.The control group received intravenous infusion of Azithromycin treatment regimen at the end of menstruation,while the observation group received intravenous infusion of Azithromycin treatment regimen on the first day of menstruation.The incidence of adverse reactions,treatment effectiveness,and quality of life level of the two groups were observed and compared.Results The total incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).The physical function,psychological status,social function,material life status,and quality of life scores of the observation group were significantly higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The treatment effect of intravenous infusion of Azithromycin on the first day of menstruation in patients with chronic appendicitis is significant,which can reduce adverse reactions and improve the patient's quality of life。
