盆底磁刺激联合生物反馈盆底肌康复治疗对女性压力性尿失禁的疗效研究

Curative effect study of pelvic floor magnetic stimulation combined with biofeedback pelvic floor muscle rehabilitation therapy in the treatment of female stress urinary incontinence

目的 探讨盆底磁刺激联合生物反馈盆底肌康复疗法在女性压力性尿失禁中的临床应用效果。方法 选取126例女性压力性尿失禁患者,依据随机数字表法分为对照组与观察组,各63例。对照组采用生物反馈盆底肌康复疗法,观察组采用生物反馈盆底肌康复疗法联合盆底磁刺激疗法,比较两组的治疗效果。结果 观察组的临床治疗总有效率为93.62%,高于对照组的78.72%(P<0.05)。观察组的快肌阶段电位差及慢肌阶段电位差高于对照组,漏尿量及尿失禁问卷简表评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 盆底磁刺激联合生物反馈盆底肌康复疗法在女性压力性尿失禁中的临床应用效果显著,能够有效改善患者病情,提升整体治疗效果,值得进行推广应用。

Objective To explore the clinical application effect of pelvic floor magnetic stimulation combined with biofeedback pelvic floor muscle rehabilitation therapy in female stress urinary incontinence.Methods A total of 126 female stress urinary incontinence patients were selected and divided into the control group and the observation group according to random number table method,with 63 cases in each group.The control group was treated with biofeedback pelvic floor muscle rehabilitation therapy,and the observation group was treated with biofeedback pelvic floor muscle rehabilitation therapy combined with pelvic floor magnetic stimulation therapy.The therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 93.62%,which was higher than 78.72% of the control group(P<0.05).The potential difference of fast muscle stage and slow muscle stage in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the urine leakage volume and urinary incontinence questionnaire brief table score in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The clinical application of pelvic floor magnetic stimulation combined with biofeedback pelvic floor muscle rehabilitation therapy in female stress urinary incontinence is remarkable,which can effectively improve patients′ conditions and improve the overall therapeutic effect,and is worthy of promotion and application.
