全程优质护理在卵巢囊肿腹腔镜手术患者围术期中对术后舒适度及肛门排气时间的影响

Influence of whole-process high-quality nursing on postoperative comfort and anal exhaust time in patients undergoing laparoscopic surgery for ovarian cyst

目的 分析卵巢囊肿腹腔镜手术患者在围术期接受全程优质护理对术后舒适度及肛门排气时间的影响。方法 选取80例接受卵巢囊肿腹腔镜手术患者进行研究,采用随机分组法分为对照组与试验组,每组40例。对照组患者接受常规护理,试验组患者接受全程优质护理。比较两组患者的术前焦虑评分、术后舒适度、首次肛门排气时间、护理满意度、并发症发生率。结果 试验组患者的并发症发生率及术前焦虑评分明显低于对照组,且试验组患者的术后舒适度、护理总满意度高于对照组,肛门排气时间短于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 全程优质护理应用于卵巢囊肿腹腔镜手术患者围术期中可发挥显著效果,是提高患者术后舒适度的重要手段。

Objective To analyze the influence of whole-process high-quality nursing on postoperative comfort and anal exhaust time of patients undergoing laparoscopic surgery for ovarian cyst.Methods A total of 80 patients receiving laparoscopic surgery for ovarian cysts were selected and randomly divided into the control group and the experimental group,with 40 cases in each group.Patients in the control group received routine nursing,and patients in the experimental group received whole-process high-quality nursing.Preoperative anxiety score,postoperative comfort,first anal exhaust time,nursing satisfaction and complication rate were compared between the two groups.Results The complication rate and preoperative anxiety score of the experimental group were significantly lower than that of the control group,and the postoperative comfort and total nursing satisfaction of the experimental group were higher than that of the control group,and the anal exhaust time of the experimental group was shorter than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The whole-process high-quality nursing applied in the perioperative period of patients with ovarian cyst laparoscopic surgery can play a significant effect,which is an important means to improve the comfort of patients after surgery.
