二次剖宫产产妇术后疼痛的临床护理干预研究

Clinical nursing intervention study on postoperative pain of parturients with second caesarean section

目的 探讨二次剖腹产产妇术后开展疼痛护理的临床价值。方法 选择86例二次剖宫产产妇,遵从差异分组原则分为对照组(43例)与观察组(43例)。对照组给予常规护理,观察组给予术后疼痛护理。观察两组产妇不同时段的疼痛情况以及护理前后的睡眠质量及舒适程度。结果 观察组产妇术后4 h、8 h、12 h、24 h、48 h、72 h的疼痛评分明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组产妇护理后的睡眠质量评分低于对照组,舒适程度评分明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 对于接受二次剖腹产的产妇,术后以常规护理为基准,开展术后疼痛护理可有效降低产妇术后疼痛,确保睡眠质量并提升舒适程度。

Objective To explore the clinical value of pain nursing for postpartum women undergoing second cesarean section.Methods A total of 86 parturients with second cesarean section were selected and divided into the control group(43 cases)and the observation group(43 cases) according to the principle of differential grouping.The control group was given routine nursing,and the observation group was given postoperative pain nursing.The pain of the two groups of parturients at different periods and the quality of sleep and comfort before and after nursing were observed.Results The pain scores of the observation group at 4,8,12,24,48 and 72 h after the operation were significantly lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).The sleep quality score of the observation group after nursing was lower than that of the control group,and the comfort score of the observation group after nursing was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion For the parturients who received second caesarean section,the postoperative pain nursing based on the routine care can effectively reduce the postoperative pain,ensure the quality of sleep and improve the degree of comfort.
