心理护理联合健康教育在HPV感染的宫颈癌合并糖尿病患者中的应用

Application of psychological nursing combined with health education in HPV infected patients with cervical cancer and diabetes

目的 探讨针对人乳头瘤病毒(HPV)感染的宫颈癌合并糖尿病患者,采取心理护理+健康教育干预对患者的干预价值。方法 选择80例HPV感染宫颈癌并伴糖尿病,按照随机数字表法分为观察组与对照组,每组40例。对照组采取常规护理,观察组在对照组的基础上增加心理护理与健康教育干预。比较两组心理状态、疾病知识认知掌握情况以及护理满意度情况。结果 干预前,两组焦虑自评量表(SAS)、抑郁自评量表(SDS)评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);干预后,观察组SAS、SDS评分均低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组疾病知识认知掌握率均高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组护理满意度高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 心理护理及健康教育干预应用于HPV感染宫颈癌伴糖尿病患者效果较好,有助于改善患者负性情绪,提高患者疾病知识认知掌握度和满意度,值得临床推广.

Objective To explore the intervention value of psychological nursing + health education for patients with cervical cancer and diabetes infected by human papillomavirus(HPV).Methods A total of 80 cases of HPV infection with cervical cancer and diabetes mellitus were divided into observation group and control group according to the principle of random number table,with 40 cases in each group.The control group took routine nursing,and the observation group added psychological nursing and health education intervention on the basis of the control group.The mental state,disease knowledge cognition and nursing satisfaction of the two groups were compared.Results Before intervention,there was no significant difference in the scores of self-rating anxiety scale(SAS) and self-rating depression scale(SDS)between the two groups(P>0.05).After intervention,the SAS and SDS scores of the observation group were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).The cognitive mastery rate of disease knowledge in observation group was higher than that in control group(P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction of observation group was higher than that of control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The effect of psychological nursing and health education intervention on HPV infected cervical cancer patients with diabetes is better,help to improve patients' negative emotions,improve patients' disease knowledge cognition and satisfaction degree,worthy of clinical promotion.
