冬凌草热灌注与吉西他滨热灌注在腺性膀胱炎患者电切术后的应用效果

Clinical Effects of Thermal Infusion of Isodon Rubescens and Gemcitabine in Patients with Cystitis Glandularis After Electro Cystectomy

目的 探讨冬凌草热灌注与吉西他滨热灌注在腺性膀胱炎(CG)患者电切术后的应用效果。方法 回顾性分析2018年1月至2022年6月郑州大学第一附属医院收治的100例经尿道膀胱电切后病理结果为CG患者的临床资料。采用随机数表法分组,其中膀胱电切术后规律接受冬凌草热灌注患者为冬凌草组(50例),规律接受吉西他滨热灌注患者为吉西他滨组(50例)。比较两组治疗效果、不良反应、治疗前后中性粒细胞与淋巴细胞比值(NLR)、生活质量评分。结果 冬凌草组总有效率高于吉西他滨组(P<0.05),不良反应发生率低于吉西他滨组(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组NLR较治疗前降低,生命质量评分较治疗前升高(P<0.05),且冬凌草组NLR低于吉西他滨组,生命质量评分高于吉西他滨组(P<0.05)。结论 冬凌草热灌注可提高CG电切术后患者的总有效率,减轻炎症反应,提高生存质量,且安全性较好。

Objective To investigate the clinical effects of thermal infusion of isodon rubescens and gemcitabine in patients with cystitis glandularis(CG)after electro cystectomy.Methods The clinical data of 100 patients with CG after transurethral cystectomy admitted to the First Affiliated Hospital of Zhengzhou University from January 2018 to June 2022 were analyzed retrospectively.Randomized number table method was used for grouping.Among them,the patients who regularly received thermal infusion of isodon rubescens after cystectomy were in the isodon rubescens group(50 cases),and the patients who regularly received thermal infusion of gemcitabine were in the gemcitabine group(50 cases).The treatment effect,adverse effects,neutrophil to lymphocyte ratio(NLR)and quality of life score between the two groups were compared.Results The overall efficiency of the isodon rubescens group was higher than that of the gemcitabine group(P<0.05),and the incidence of adverse reactions was lower than that in the gemcitabine group(P<0.05).After treatment,the NLR in both groups decreased compared to before treatment,and the quality of life score increased compared to before treatment(P<0.05),and the NLR of the isodon rubescens group was lower than that of the gemcitabine group,and the quality of life score was higher than that of the gemcitabine group(P<0.05).Conclusion Thermal perfusion of isodon rubescens can improve the total effective rate of patients with CG after electro cystectomy,alleviate inflammatory reactions,improve quality of life,and have good safety.
