综合口腔运动干预对早产儿吞咽功能障碍的影响

Effects of Comprehensive Oral Motor Interventions on Swallowing Dysfunction in Premature Infants

目的 本研究旨在探讨综合口腔运动干预对早产儿吞咽功能障碍的临床疗效。方法 在郑州人民医院NICU随机选取100名早产儿为研究对象,采取随机数字表法分为两组,对照组接受常规鼻饲喂养,观察组在对照组的基础上增加了综合口腔运动干预,比较两组干预后早产儿吮奶量、吮奶速率、恢复正常出生体重时间以及达到完全经口喂养时间。结果 观察组吮奶速率及吮奶量高于对照组,达到完全经口喂养的时间和恢复至正常出生体重时间短于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 经过综合口腔运动干预,早产儿可以尽快恢复主动吸吮奶液的能力,从而达到吸吮-吞咽功能协调,促进早产儿的经口营养摄入和生长。

Objective To explore the clinical effect of comprehensive oral motor intervention on swallowing dysfunction in premature infants.Methods A total of 100 premature infants in the NICU of Zhengzhou People’s Hospital were conveniently selected as the research objects,and were divided into 2 groups by random number table method.The control group was fed with conventional nasal feeding,and the observation group was given comprehensive oral motor intervention on the basis of the control group.The amount of milk sucking,sucking rate,time to restore normal birth weight and time to complete oral feeding were compared between the two groups after intervention.Results The sucking rate and amount of sucking milk in the observation group were greater than those in the control group,and the time to complete oral feeding and the time to restore birth weight were shorter than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The comprehensive oral motor interventions can restore the ability of premature infants to actively suck milk as soon as possible,achieve the coordination of sucking-swallowing function,and promote the oral nutrition intake and growth of premature infants.
