基于SPOC的混合式教学在《皮肤性病学》教学中的应用

摘要 目的 探讨基于SPOC的混合式教学在《皮肤性病学》教学中应用。方法 随机选取新乡医学院2018级临床专业2个班级(混合式教学班)和其他4个班级(传统教学班)作为研究对象,分别采用线上线下混合式教学和传统大班授课,并通过综合评价(形成性评价及总结性评价)评定学生成绩,采用调查问卷的形式评价岗位胜任能力水平,对比不同教学模式下的学生成绩及岗位胜任能力水平。结果 混合式教学班的成绩、成绩优秀率均高于传统教学班(P<0.05),混合式教学班岗位胜任力问卷调查得分高于传统教学班(P<0.05)。结论 高质量的线上线下混合式教学有助于学生岗位胜任力和临床思维能力的提升。 Objective To explore the application of blended teaching based on SPOC in the teaching of dermatology and venereology.Methods Two classes(blended teaching class)and four other classes(traditional teaching class)of clinical major of 2018 in Xinxiang Medical University were randomly selected as the research objects.Online and offline blended teaching and traditional teaching were adopted respectively.Students’performance was evaluated through comprehensive evaluation(formative evaluation and summative evaluation),and questionnaire was used to evaluate the level of post competency,and the results and post competency level under different teaching modes were compared.Results The performance and excellent rate of blended teaching classes were higher than those of traditional teaching classes(P<0.05).The score of the post competency questionnaire of blended teaching classes was higher than that of traditional teaching classes(P<0.05).Conclusion High-quality blended teaching is conducive to the improvement of post competence and clinical thinking ability of students.
