布地奈德混悬液联合维生素AD滴剂治疗毛细支气管炎患儿的效果

Curative Effect of Budesonide Suspension Combined with Vitamin A and D Drops on Bronchiolitis Children

目的 探讨布地奈德混悬液联合维生素AD滴剂治疗毛细支气管炎患儿的效果。方法 选取2019年7月至2022年2月南阳市第二人民医院收治的88例毛细支气管炎患儿,采用随机数表法分为联合组和布地奈德混悬液组,各44例。布地奈德混悬液组接受布地奈德混悬液治疗,联合组接受布地奈德混悬液联合维生素AD滴剂治疗,均持续治疗1周。比较两组患儿临床疗效、症状改善时间和治疗前后血清γ-干扰素(IFN-γ)、白介素-4(IL-4)水平及不良反应。结果 联合组治疗有效率(90.91%)高于布地奈德混悬液组(75.00%)(P<0.05);联合组各症状体征恢复正常及住院时间均短于布地奈德混悬液组(P<0.05);联合组治疗后血清IL-4水平低于布地奈德混悬液组,血清IFN-γ水平高于布地奈德混悬液组(P<0.05);联合组治疗期间总不良反应发生率与布地奈德混悬液组比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论 布地奈德混悬液联合维生素AD滴剂可有效提高毛细支气管炎患儿临床疗效,降低血清IL-4水平,升高血清IFN-γ水平,安全性好。

Objective To explore the effect of budesonide suspension combined with vitamin A and D drops on bronchiolitis children.Methods A total of 88 children with bronchiolitis admitted to Nanyang Second People’s Hospital from July 2019 to February 2022 were enrolled.According to random number table method,they were divided into combined group and budesonide suspension group,with 44 cases in each group.The budesonide suspension group received treatment with budesonide suspension,while the combination group received treatment with budesonide suspension combined with vitamin A and D drops.All patients were continuously treated for 1 week.The clinical curative effect,improvement time of symptoms,changes of serumγ-interferon(IFN-γ)and interleukin-4(IL-4)before and after treatment and adverse reactions in the two groups were compared.Results The response rate of treatment in combined group(90.91%)was higher than that(75.00%)in budesonide suspension group(P<0.05).The recovery time of symptoms and hospitalization time in combined group were shorter than those in budesonide suspension group(P<0.05).After treatment,the level of serum IL-4 in combined group was lower than that in budesonide suspension group,while the level of serum IFN-γwas higher than that in budesonide suspension group(P<0.05).During treatment,there was no statistical difference in total incidence of adverse reactions between combined group and budesonide suspension group(P>0.05).Conclusion Budesonide suspension combined with vitamin A and D drops can effectively improve clinical curative effect in bronchiolitis patients,reduce IL-4 level and increase IFN-γlevel,with good safety.
