氟比洛芬酯对单髁置换术患者的镇痛效果

Analgesic Effect of Flurbiprofen Ester in Patients Undergoing Monocondylar Replacement

目的 探讨氟比洛芬酯对单髁置换术患者的镇痛效果。方法 选取2020年9月至2022年9月河南省直第三人民医院收治的80例单髁膝关节置换术患者,采用随机数字表法分为对照组(40例)和观察组(40例)。术前30 min,两组均接受阿托品麻醉,观察组加用氟比洛芬酯。比较两组患者恢复时间、拔管时间、住院时间,记录术后12、24 h的视觉模拟疼痛评分(VAS)评分和术后2、12 h丙二醛(MDA)、肾上腺素(E)、皮质醇(Cor)水平变化。术前及术后1个月采用医院膝关节评分量表(HSS)对膝关节功能进行评估,并记录不良反应发生情况。结果 两组苏醒时间、拔管时间比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),观察组患者的住院时间短于对照组(P<0.05);观察组术后12、24 h VAS评分均低于对照组(P<0.05);术后2、12 h观察组患者的MDA、E、Cor水平均低于对照组(P<0.05);术后1个月观察组患者的HSS评分高于对照组(P<0.05);住院期间两组不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论 氟比洛芬酯对单髁置换术患者的镇痛效果确切,能减轻患者术后应激反应。

Objective To investigate the analgesic effects of flurbiprofen ester in patients undergoing monocondylar replacement.Methods In this study,80 patients with unicondylar knee replacement admitted to the Third People’s Hospital of Henan Province from September 2020 to September 2022 were selected and divided into control group(40 cases)and observation group(40 cases)by random number table method.Both groups received atropine,and the observation group received intravenous injection of flurbiprofen ester 30 minutes before surgery.The recovery time,extubation time and hospital stay of the two groups were compared.The visual analogue scale(VAS)scores of 12 and 24 hours after surgery were recorded,and the levels of malondialdehyde(MDA),epinephrine(E)and cortisol(Cor)were recorded at 2 and 12 hours after surgery.Before and one month after surgery,the hospital for special surgery(HSS)was used to evaluate knee function,and the occurrence of adverse reactions were recorded.Results There was no statistical difference in the recovery time and extubation time between the two groups(P>0.05),the length of hospitalization in the observation group was shorter than that in the control group(P<0.05).The VAS scores of 2 and 24 hours after surgery in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).MDA,E and Cor levels in the observation group were lower than those in the control group at 2 and 12 hours after surgery(P<0.05),and HSS scores in observation group were higher than those in control group one month after surgery(P<0.05).During hospitalization,there were no significant differences in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Flurbiprofen ester has a certain analgesic effect on patients undergoing monocondylar replacement and can relieve postoperative stress response.
